katsuki is an aspiring hero-in-training at u.a. with the weight of the world on his shoulders. his mother won't accept less than perfect—he won't accept less than perfect—and he'll be damned if he doesn't graduate top of his class and then snatch the #1 spot right out from endeavour's nose.

he made it. he's accomplished his goals, smashed them under the heel of his boot in fact, and now he's at the top. well, almost. there's still one more obstacle between him and the #1 spot: deku. nowadays it seems silly, but he'll be six feet under before he lets deku pull ahead of him without giving him some hell first.

all that pressure finally took its toll on katsuki. when he snapped, he left armageddon in his wake. one of thost formiddable villains to rise out of his generation, ground zero is a force to be reckoned with. he seemingly desires for nothing but pure destruction, tearing down whole cities—interestingly without any fatal casualties, civilian or otherwise. he's the tragic tale of a hero gone bad. he doesn't want to be saved; he wants to get rid of this anger that's eating him from the inside out.
