reisi took his new position as blue king in stride when the dresden slate granted him command over the blue sanctum. he succeeded the previous blue king as commander of scepter 4, a police-like organization that seeks to maintain peace and justice within shizume city.

following the death of mikoto suoh at his own hands and the late gold king, reisi shoulders the responsibility of managing the dresden slate in daikaku kokujoji's place. while on the outside this may appear to be nothing more than a king upholding his duty to do what is right, the truth is that reisi is burying himself in this role to avoid confronting his guilt over killing mikoto.

the weight of his deed, however justified, sits heavily on reisi's shoulders, and he doesn't keep it as well-hidden as he would like to think. he has become far more withdrawn, not unlike the new red king, anna, and has begun to dedicate the vast majority of his time to his work, though he notably spends more time in the chamber of the dresden slate than at scepter 4 headquarters.

reisi is the current leader of yukigakure in yuki no kuni and self-proclaimed "yukikage". while not officially recognized as a real kage by the five great nations or even the country's daimyo, reisi insists on using this title and remains vocal about his petition to induct yukigakure as one of the great nations.

yukigakure is the home of many technological advancements and continues its entrepreneurship in this endeavor under reisi's rule. despite his interest in the modernization of technology, however, he avidly spoke out in disagreement with the use of the heat generator to transform yuki no kuni into a springtime country. he expressed great concern for the nature and wildlife that inhabited the arctic climate there and how transforming the weather so drastically could have devastating effects on the ecosystem at large.

thus, yuki no kuni remains a boreal region of ice and snow, but thanks to reisi's innovation in technology, its residents have come to adapt and appreciate the climate rather than detest it.

having graduated from u.a. at the top of his class and the figurehead of the big three amoung his other classmates, reisi munakata steadily rose in fame and notoriety alike until he secured himself a spot as #4 in the top ten pro heros. his agency, scepter 4, is known for taking a "holier than thou" approach toward other heroes, considering themselves masters at peacekeeping.

this attitude isn't entirely unfounded, seeing as they have the highest success rate of any other agency, but it has nonetheless earned them a sour reputation in the popularity polls. reisi takes any and all criticism in stride, never dropping his infamous composed exterior. he is known simply as the commander and his quirk is an emitter-type called sanctum, an ability that allows him to create blue, barrier-like constructions from his own auric energy.

these constructions can serve as defensive walls, portable shields, or even stepping stones or flying discs that can be launched or ridden on.

reisi is the captain of an elite police force located in motostoke of the galar region. outranking the officer jennys many have come to know and love, scepter 4 was established in a bid to double down on the rampant crime that had arisen. reisi's task force primarily utilizes ice-type pokemon, most notably cryogonal.

much of motostoke's residency has come to resent scepter 4 due to its strict policies and mandatory curfew on the city, but no one can deny that it has done its job in disestablishing the criminal underground.
